哑铃裁刀保养
1、哑铃裁刀*般不会因为裁切非硬质试样二损伤刀刃，其实主要都是因为试样下面的垫层选择不合适，我们厂*建议采用硬质橡胶板比较合适，如果没有也可以用厚书本代替；
2、应经常维护和保养裁刀的刃口，因为刃口变钝、崩刃或卷刃都会使试样带有缺陷，影响试验结果。
3、裁刀不使用时刃口部位应放置在柔软的海绵胶上，或者使刃口部位不与任何表面接触。
4、裁刀应贮存在干燥的环境中并涂上防护油，防止裁刀被腐蚀。
5、使用时应保护刃口，在样品下边垫上软硬适宜的覆胶带或纸板保护刃口不受损伤。刃口应定期用150目-320目油石研磨以保持锋利，切勿等到卷刃、或者蹦刃后就无法研磨了；
橡胶裁刀，哑铃裁刀是橡胶、塑料、电线电缆等材料拉伸试验常用制样工具，保证裁刀内腔尺寸的精度和裁刀的使用寿命。裁刀的刀壁要有厚度，以防止在裁切试样时裁刀变形。裁刀的刃口应保持锋利，不应有缺口或卷刃，以防止裁切出的试样出现锯齿形而影响试验结果，裁刀应配有将试样退出装置和与裁片机相连的接口。
