滑动摩擦磨损试验仪的维修及保养：
**试验机各部应经常擦拭干净，以防生锈。不用时用机衣罩起以防尘土侵入，注意防晒。主要注意以下几点：
● 附件及备件不用时，应整齐放入相应的附件箱中，易生锈的零部件应涂防锈油。仪器不使用时，砝码取下勿压着传感器。
●安装控制软件用计算机勿随意安装下载软件，以防系统中毒，影响控制软件。
● 接通电源，检查电源是否正常，若正常，进行*二步操作，若不正常，检查供电电源是否已接通。
● 查看主轴轴旋转方向是否正确,该试验机的主轴不可逆转,既从上往下看是主轴为顺时针旋转。
● 安装试样，具体安装方式可参照说明书。
● 试样安装完毕，将上试样夹头镶在主轴下端锥孔内，旋紧拉杆，下试样放入试样座相应位置，手动旋转滚花螺钉，让下导向主轴上升，使上下摩擦副相互接近。
● 选择试试验验方法，进行参数设定，调整加载速度，按下自动加载按扭，试验力值稳定后，按下开始按扭试验开始。
● 对于不明确的故障发生时，用户应及时向制造厂*联系，以便妥善解决。
●预置的数时停止。在加荷过程中，如果按下暂停键，则停止施加试验力。
● 摩擦力单元的操作 摩擦力工作范围是0-196N。试验前，**要调节调零按钮，使摩擦力显示装置交替显示（±0）。摩擦力预置拨盘起初可设置较大的值，当试验进入正常后，再根据实际摩擦力值设置*个较接近的值。当出现擦伤时，会因摩擦力增大而报警停机。按下摩擦力复位按键，报警解除，可继续做试验。
●摩擦磨损试验机的维护和保养试验机各部应经常擦拭干净，对没有喷漆的表面擦拭干净后应用棉纱沾少量的机油再擦*遍，以防生锈。雨季期间更应注意擦拭，不用时用机衣罩起以防尘土侵入。注意不要让油污和尘土进入到电器控制箱内。附件及备件不用时，应整齐放入相应的附件箱中，易生锈的零部件应涂防锈油。试验机应每隔1-2年检验*次，以保证各项指标的正确性。对于不明确的故障发生时，用户应及时向我厂联系，以便妥善解决。
